Yes. RV/Tent reservations of 1-6 days will be charged a deposit equal to one night's stay, and 7 days or more will be charged a deposit of $75.
Rates are based on 2 persons, 2 pets, 1 RV, and 1 vehicle. RV sites are partial hookup with 30 or 50 Amp electricity and water.

Upon arrival, all guests are kindly requested to proceed to our campground office for check-in. At this point, they'll finalize any remaining payments and collect their information package before heading to their assigned site.

Yes, no later than 4 p.m. Must be authorized by the office in advance. Additional fees of $5.00/hour apply.
No, our standard policy does not enforce minimum stays.
We make every effort to honor requests for site preferences like the Falls or Cove side, pull-through locations, Island tent, etc.
-For reservations lasting between 1 to 6 days, a cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 2 pm) will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
-For reservations 7+ days, a cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 2 pm) will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
There are no refunds for early departure.
You're welcome to adjust or alter your reservation after making it. However, please note that modifying the dates of an existing reservation is subject to minimum notice requirements (48 hours).

Yes. We have a coin-operated washers/dryers. The cost is $2.50 per wash and $1 per dry. We have quarters available in the office.
We do not offer Wi-Fi at this time due to coverage limitations for our area. Guests do have success with a variety of cellular providers.
No, our dump station is closed. Please speak with the office for a list of nearby dump stations.
We are 10 miles from the beach at Tierra del Mar, or 13 miles from Haystack Rock at the beach Pacific City.
Yes. Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash when outside of the RV and they must be kept under control, never unattended, and picked up after.
Yes. Cages and fences are permitted on the gravel or pavers in RV sites, but not on the grass.
We don't have any specific dog-breed restrictions. However, we do ask that your dog be non-aggressive and well-behaved while in the RV park.

Yes. You are welcome to use audio devices, such as radios, Bluetooth devices, boom boxes, or musical instruments between 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. Please keep the music volume down and contained within your immediate campsite so you do not disturb your neighbors.
- Only in the parking lots. Motorized bikes, ATV's, scooters, etc. are not allowed in the tent area.
- Guests must follow the 5 MPH speed limit within the park.

Our park can accommodate most sizes of RVs. Our sites typically range from 20 to 45 feet. 40+ foot sites are limited.
No. There are no age restrictions for RVs in our park. However, we do require that all vehicles are fully functional, and for monthly stays, we ask for prior approval of the RV before confirmation.
We offer 2 pull thru sites, a 32 foot site and a 35 foot site.
Yes. We offer special rates for a reservation with 8 or more tent sites. Please call the office for more details.
We suggest booking group stay as far in advance as you can. Reservations can be made up to a year in advance.
No. We do not have the availability to do a full year stay in our park. We are a vacation campground, not a permanent or long term park. Approved month-to-month stays are up to 6 months maximum.
Fill out our Monthly Application form. form. Our management team will carefully review your application and typically reach out to you within 2-3 business days.
Yes. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.
-Rates are based on 2 persons, 2 pets, 1 RV, and 1 vehicle. Upon approval from management there are additional fees for extra vehicles, people and pets.
-Metered electricity sites are calculated at the end of each month via metered reading. Non-metered sites are charged at a flat rate.
-A $25 cancel fee will apply to monthly reservations canceled 2 or more weeks before the arrival date.
-Monthly cancellations that are within 2 weeks of the arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
