Rates are based on 4 persons, 2 pets, 1 RV or Tent, 1 vehicle.
Maximum of 8 people are allowed per site.
Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per site.
No vehicle at tent sites.
Deposits
6 days or less: equal to one night stay
1 - 3 weeks: $75
Monthly: $100
Cancellation Policy
A $10 cancel fee applies to all non-monthly RV cancellations made at least 48 hrs prior to the arrival date.
All RV cancellations made within the 48 hrs to the arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
A cancellation is deemed invalid unless you have received a cancellation confirmation via email. Without this confirmation, you will be liable for any applicable cancellation rules and charges.
No refunds for early departure.
Monthly Reservation
A $100 deposit is required at booking.
Electric charges apply to all Monthly Reservations.
A $25 cancellation fee will apply to monthly reservations canceled two or more weeks prior to arrival date.
There are no additional discounts available for monthly rates.
