Deposits

  • A $100 deposit is required at booking. 

Cancellation Policy

  • A $25 cancellation fee will apply to monthly reservations canceled two or more weeks prior to arrival date.
  • Monthly cancellations that are within two weeks of the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeit.
